STATISTICS & DATA SCIENCE

A PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE

Yihong Zuo.

I’m a PhD student in Statistics & Data Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, I studied statistics at the School of the Gifted Young, University of Science and Technology of China.

I am interested in learning theory, including the theoretical understanding of diffusion models and Transformers, optimization theory, and high-dimensional statistics. I am also particularly interested in post-training for large language models.

During my undergraduate studies, I had the great pleasure of working with Prof. Dacheng Xiu and Prof. Weijing Tang.

If you are interested in my research or would like to discuss some interesting topics with me, please feel free to contact me!
